With over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people look and feel their absolute best. I began my journey as an assistant to a L’Oréal educator, where I learned the fundamentals of professional hair color and developed a deep respect for the craft. I went on to work behind the chair in a busy, high-volume salon, gaining invaluable knowledge and inspiration from some of the best stylists in the business. After many years in that fast-paced environment, my best friend Stacey and I decided to create a different kind of space — one that feels calm, welcoming, and personal. Most of the time it’s just my client and me, one-on-one, in a peaceful setting where you can truly relax and enjoy the experience. I’ve learned that great hair starts with great communication. I take the time to really listen, ask questions, and encourage clients to share inspiration photos so we can clearly understand their goals together. The consultation is the foundation of every service, and I believe that when you leave my chair, you should feel both heard and beautiful. I stay inspired by continuing education and the latest color trends, but more than anything, I love creating looks that make my clients feel confident, refreshed, and cared for. At Susie & Stacey’s Studio, my goal is for every guest to feel welcomed, appreciated, and seen — because beauty isn’t just about how you look, it’s about how you feel when you walk out the door.
